Since that time, Sid Malkin & Associates LLC has inspected literally thousands of multifamily housing units, and dozens of commercial structures. Recommended by both Investors and Brokers, Sid Malkin & Associates LLC provides realistic but rational reports that provide the purchaser a true picture of the proposed acquisition, but does not over-react to conditions found that require remedial repairs.
Our Principal, Sidney L. Malkin has spent most of his adult working life in the real estate industry. His qualifications are as follows:

* Earned a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1985
* Personally inspected 10,000+/- apartment units pre-acquistion and approximately 1,000,000 sf of commercial properties
* Direct Management of 13,000+ apartment units over a 20-year career
* Redevelopment/Repositioning of 8.000+ apartment units
* Supervision of over $28,000,000 in residential/commercial renovations
